On this day our choice of sci-fi is Endless Ink’s “Earth’s Final Chapter” (https://t.co/YPmEdgOtqp). Final Chapter is an independently minded and independently authored intriguing work of fiction, so if we’re going to pay tribute to norm-shattering titles in all the niches of sci-fi, we’re not going to pass including this one on top of our list for today. In this case, we reveal a story that is exceedingly legendary in its presentation and style. If you have time for anything today, you ought to appreciate how sci-fi readers reacted. We took note of the words from one reader, “From the first sentence we detect the perfumed notes of Poe that hang heavy in the air, attempting to disguise the rot. It is as if we, the reader, have opened a door we should not.
